Lost or Stolen Property Cyber Security Steps and Checklist		  

Any IT asset (laptop, portable hard drive, desktop computer, etc) that is lost or stolen must be reported immediately to Site Security. As part of the process, you will be directed to complete the form below. Please use the RTF version.
